Report: Canucks prospect traded in the minor leagues.

A Vancouver Canucks prospect is at the center of a trade in the minor leagues.

According to a report from OHL Insiders, the Owen Sound Attack are finalizing a trade that will bring 20-year-old center Brett McKenzie, a player drafted by the Canucks in the 2016 National Hockey League Entry Draft.

McKenzie has been playing for the North Bay Battalion of the Ontario Hockey League, and in 31 games this season he has 9 goals and 14 assists for 23 points in 31 games this season.

It's unclear at this time what the return in this deal is expected to be.
