According to a report from John Shannon of Sportsnet, Edmonton Oilers head coach Todd McLellan has made some big lineup changes ahead of his team’s big test tonight against the Washington Capitals.

In are Drake Caggiula and Jujar Khaira, out are Jesse Puljujarvi and Zack Kassian.

Check it out:

Caggiula,Khaira return to the lineup. Puljujärvii,Kassian out.

Caggiula has played just three games for the Oilers this season, sitting out first as a healthy scratch and then with an undisclosed injury. Khaira has played six games, going pointless along the way.

Puljujarvi, the team’s first round pick (4th overall) in 2016, has struggled to start the 2018-19 season, scoring just one goal in his first seven games. In 65 games last season, the 20 year old Finn scored 12 goals and 20 points. As for Kassian, the gritty winger has gone pointless in five games for the Oilers so far this season.

Puck drop is 7pm tonight from Rogers Place in downtown Edmonton. Let’s go, boys!
