Chris Johnston from Sportsnet is reporting that the Toronto Maple Leafs have been impressed with Swedish defenseman Calle Rosén .
Rosén spent the last four seasons in the Swedish Elite League showing off his ability to be a solid puck moving defenseman. If you look at the current Depth Chart of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Rosén could start the season with the Leafs as one of the last d-man to make the roster. If he does start the year off with the Marlies, Do not be surprised if he gets a call up this year. Rosén is arguably one of the most not talked about prospects in the NHL right now.
"I think Calle had all those things that you need to have to be an elite player.” - Assistant GM of Frolunda
