Fiala gets sucker punched after scoring a goal.

The National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety may be taking a look at this play.

On Saturday night Anaheim Ducks forward Nick Ritchie crossed the line when he delivered what can only be described as a sucker punch to the head of Nashville Predators forward Kevin Fiala.

Fiala had just scored the first goal of the game for the Nashville Predators, a goal that was made much easier by the fact that Fiala had just knocked Ritchie's stick out of his hands to render him effectively useless.

Despite that however Ritchie clearly went to far when he attacked Fiala after the goal, especially when he followed him down to the ice and landed a heavy punch to his head.
